Constitution and Arbitration Board (C.A.B.)
1. The Constitution and Arbitration Board consists of three Full Members and two Added Members, elected by the General Assembly, but they shall not all belong to the same district.
2. Its Members are elected from among panathletes, with juridical experience and standing.
3. The Board appoints a Chairman from among its full members.
