Chur und Umgebung - Virtuelles Treffen "Gesundheit in der Krise“

Keine Monatstreffen wegen Coronavirus? Muss nicht sein, sagte sich der PC Chur und Umgebung. Christoph Schmid, der hartnäckig nach einer Lösung zur“ Rettung“ seines Starts als neuer Präsident gesucht hatte, fand in seinem Vorstand die Lösung. „Lasst uns doch, statt dem April-Meeting im Hotel Stern, ein virtuelles Treffen via Telefon machen“, sagte unser Medienverantwortliche Reinhard Spahr, dem diese zündende Idee unter der Dusche kam. Die Mitglieder konnten sich zur üblichen Zeit per Telefon einloggen, um dem Referat von Denise Rudin, Leiterin der Abteilung Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention beim Gesundheitsamt Graubünden, beizuwohnen. „Gesundheit in der Krise“ lautete der Titel ihres Referats. Dabei zeigte die Referentin eindrücklich auf, wie Sport- und Bewegungsförderung besonders auch für ältere Semester von grosser Bedeutung sind. Somit könne die Schwelle zur Behinderung und Abhängigkeit um Jahre hinausgeschoben werden. Mit Tipps für gesunde Ernährung und Motivation für Bewegung konnte Denise Rudin motivieren, sich auch im Alter und in Zeiten des Coronavirus fit zu halten. Im Anschluss an das Referat wurden Fragen der Teilnehmer beantwortet.
Für Clubs, die sich für solche Audiokonferenzen via Telefon interessieren, sagt Reinhard Spahr: „Mittlerweile gibt es in allen Panathlonclubs Leute, die wissen, wie man eine Telefonkonferenz organisiert. Es gibt zahlreiche Anbieter wie z.B. www.telefonkonferenz.ch oder Microsoft Teams, um Konferenzen abzuhalten.“

As every year, Panathlon International has prepared and sent to the IOC its report on the activities held in 2019.
It is part, as a recognized association, of the Olympic Family since 1982 which supports in the actions concordant with the purposes of the panathletic movement.
Der Internationale Rat von Panathlon International, der sich am 3. April 2020 mittels Videokonferenz versammelt hat, spricht allen Panathleten in den 30 Nationen, in denen er tätig ist, und ihren Familien seine Verbundenheit und Solidarität in diesem für die Gesellschaft und die Welt des Sports solch verheerenden Moment aus.
Ein besonderer Gedanke gilt den italienischen Panathleten, die als Erste den zermürbenden Kampf gegen die Covid-19-Pandemie ausfechten mussten und diesen unsichtbaren, tückischen Feind immer noch zu bezwingen haben.
Der IR hat von der Grosszügigkeit vieler Panathlon Clubs Kenntnis erhalten, die Gelder für die Krankenhäuser und den Erwerb lebenswichtigen Sanitätsmaterials gesammelt haben. Diesen Clubs spricht er sein Wohlgefallen und seinen Dank aus, denn sie beweisen ein weiteres Mal, wie sehr Panathlon der Gemeinschaft zu Diensten steht.
Er wünscht allen Panathleten grosses Glück und ruft dazu auf, untereinander in Verbindung und trotz aller Entfernung nahe zueinander zu bleiben. Er ist davon überzeugt, dass die positiven Sportwerte, der Mannschaftsgeist, Ausdauer und Widerstandsfähigkeit Panathlon helfen werden, diese Zeit zu überwinden und mit neuem Bewusstsein und neuer Begeisterung fortzufahren.

Lugano - COVID19 - “Solidarietà fra uomini e popoli” è il motto di questo gesto!

In questo difficile periodo il Panathlon Club Lugano si è visto costretto ad annullare i Convivi di marzo e aprile.
Per sostenere chi in questo momento è al fronte a combattere contro il Covid-19 il Consiglio Direttivo ha deliberato di sostenere due enti sanitari destinando loro la somma risparmiata con i Convivi annullati.
Vengono quindi versati:
CHF 3’500.— al personale della Clinica Moncucco e
CHF 1’500.— alla Croce Verde di Lugano a favore del personale fisso e dei volontari.

Por disposición del Presidente del Distrito Ecuador, Ec. Danilo Carrera Drouet, informo del penoso fallecimiento del Presidente de Panathlon Club Guayaquil, Ec. Franklin Mazon Figliole, victima del COVID 19.
En su memoria y como reconocimiento a su destacada trayectoria de servicio al Movimiento Panathleta, nuestro Distrito ha decretado tres días de duelo institucional.

Chablais - Annulation de la 5e édition des "2 chapelles"

Annulation de la 5e édition des "2 chapelles"
La 5e Course des 2 chapelles, qui devait marquer les 25 ans du Panathlon Club Chablais, le 9 mai 2020, est annulée en raison de la pandémie du nouveau coronavirus.
La commission d’organisation a le regret d’annuler la marche et course à pied entre Monthey (VS) et Les Giettes. Le 13 mars, les autorités suisse et valaisanne ont interdit les manifestations, au moins jusqu’au 30 avril 2020, en raison de l’épidémie de Covid-19.
De nouveaux parcours devaient être inaugurés cette année et une grande fête sous tente était prévue sur la place des Cerniers. La Fédération valaisanne d’athlétisme devait y remettre les Prix 2019 de la Coupe valaisanne de la montagne. La 2e édition du Défi du Chablais, en collaboration avec deux courses partenaires, est aussi annulée. La tenue de la Course des deux chapelles en 2021 sera discutée ultérieurement.
Solidarité
Les organisateurs comptent sur la bonne compréhension des athlètes, des parrains, des partenaires et remercient toutes les personnes qui œuvraient depuis des mois à la mise sur pied de l’épreuve.
Les athlètes déjà inscrits pourront solliciter un remboursement (les modalités seront communiquées prochainement). La course étant caritative, tous les dons sont les bienvenus. Les parrainages de jeunes sportifs en 2020 seront donc évalués ultérieurement. En 2019, 9 sportives et sportifs avaient été parrainés par le Panathlon Club Chablais.

Modena - Donazione del Panathlon per l’ospedale e l’Avpa Croce Blu

Il Panathlon Club Modena ha risposto presente all’appello lanciato nei giorni scorsi dalla Presidente Maria Carafoli (foto). La generosità di soci del Club si è tradotta in due donazioni per un ammontare complessivo di 3.200 euro, di cui una a favore dell’Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria di Modena per l’acquisto di mascherine, macchine per la ventilazione e altro materiale a supporto del personale sanitario e l’altra destinata ad AVPA Croce Blu di Modena.
"Si tratta solo del primo traguardo – commenta la presidente Carafoli – per un impegno che da parte nostra continua, come purtroppo continua lo stato di emergenza. Ringrazio di cuore tutti coloro che hanno aderito con tanto altruismo".

Firenze: Il Panathlon della Toscana è in campo per aiutare chi, in questi giorni di forzato isolamento, è solo e non ha la possibilità di “scambiare due chiacchiere” con nessuno.
Il Governatore dell’Area 6, Andrea Da Roit, afferma: "Il Panathlon c’è e mette a disposizione di tutti i cittadini, i numeri di telefono sotto riportati, per offrire a chi lo desidera, la possibilità di parlare, nel pomeriggio di ogni giorno fino al termine dell’emergenza dalle 15.00 alle 18.00, con Amico Panathlon e trovare un momento di socializzazione su temi di Sport o di quant’altro si voglia parlare
